Terms of Service

These terms apply to XubaoClub (出海寻宝社). Updated October 22, 2026. Read these terms and our Privacy Policy before using the service.

Service and research limitations

The site provides public research resources, a tool directory, editorial reports and a personal research workspace. Model-generated terms and clues are candidates for verification and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Independently check sources, demand, competition and rights. Results do not promise rankings, traffic, revenue or business success.

Accounts and private content

Use only accounts you are authorized to use, and protect your sign-in information and API keys. You retain your rights in your research inputs and manual notes, while allowing us to store, process and display them to you as needed to provide the service. Saving private research does not automatically publish it.

Up to 500 clues and notes can be saved, excluding the built-in example. Manual notes are stored in the current browser; export your own backups. Search history is retained for 90 days, then deleted during scheduled cleanup or workspace access; the interface currently shows the latest 10 searches. Experience summaries are limited to 8,000 characters, and cloud attachment uploads are currently disabled. Public resources and external links may change. Third-party sites and services are operated by their respective providers.

Your API key and provider charges

Private searches use your own xAI API key. xAI charges your provider account according to its pricing and terms. Configure your own provider budget or usage controls.

Each account can currently start up to three private searches per UTC calendar day, with one active search at a time. Failed attempts count toward this limit and may still incur provider charges. We do not automatically retry paid calls or substitute a site-owner key. The attempt limit is not a free allowance or a spending cap.

Acceptable use

Do not submit personal information or protected material you lack permission to process. Do not access other users’ records, bypass permissions or attempt limits, distribute malicious code, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access associated with abuse or security risks and address issues through our contact channel.

Availability and changes

The service is under continued development and may be interrupted by maintenance, provider outages or configuration changes. Keep backups and independently verify research before making business decisions. We publish changes to features or terms on the site; rights and responsibilities remain subject to applicable requirements.
